How is the second-in-command in TDCJ, on the board of governors with ACA , yet still dropping the ball during Hurricane Beryl?

How is the second in command in TDCJ, on the board of governors with ACA ,yet still drops the ball during Hurricane Beryl? The community is not asking the media to investigate, so we are. As a prisoner myself, I've contracted H- Pylori in the drinking water, and I've been sick again on Ramsey unit after they dropped the ball and let the water get contaminated again,and again, when will this end? All the money and favors created by furniture factories in TDCJ are causing the worst living conditions in Texas prisons, its corruption that is the only thing on a wardens mind, how can he cut corners to look good at Huntsville. This is why we are asking the community to join forces with us to bring changes that will benefit prisoners and communities.

 

Its time to pay the inmates, its time to remove this evil slaveholder mentality from the equation. We want TCEQ\ACA\ TBCJ to investigate these units for corrupt activities in administration, to investigate and repair water lines sewage lines that are backing up into the drinking water, we want Ms. Shannon investigated for violations of due process in disciplinary hearings, Megan Thompson on the McConnell unit for due process violations and denying access to courts to brown and black inmates, and abuse of authority within the facility by using her girlfriend to retaliate on inmates that write her up, yes her lover is a captain on the unit. This is a constant issue on McConnell unit, the time for the TCEQ to investigate the compromised buildings is here, and Memorial unit still has the most roaches I've ever seen, the building where the chow hall is, has a basement that TCEQ has never given a second look to. This is the worst chow hall in Texas, the bugs cannot be defeated, and that is an environmental catastrophe.

 

Women are constantly sexually harassed by the administration here, it's always the same people too. This is a serious issue, and nobody, even staff, stands up to them for fear of retaliation. Why is this going on? If the institutions are corrupt on the top tier, it eventually gets like that on the bottom tier, parasitic behavior such as this won't end, but at the least we can fight and force some of the most egregious violations to be remedied. The courts are bought out, the Texas Supreme Court is the worst of the lot, and the AG is a prime example of the length Texas governor will go to cover up dirty deeds, I know firsthand that it was his office that asked TDCJ to make an attempt on my life and or my sanity, this was in March2022, here I am In 2024 provoked into union organising by Directors in Huntsville, ......well here I am, now I'm inviting the community to join in as we bring media attention to the worst of the worst living prisons environmentally, and have them follow up with TCEQ\ACA\TDCJ\TBCJ as it happens, we ask for the community to call the State Capital to question the politicians about the billions in budget spending, and where its doing the most, my guess would be in North Texas where all the best Universities are,however its time to see how truthful they can be.
