In Loving Memory of Revolutionary Change Seeker Rebecca Hensley-

Rebecca Hensley, abolitionist freedom fighter, change seeker passed away one year ago yesterday at the age of 74. She lived and worked in Louisiana—the belly of the beast of mass incarceration—and dedicated her life to dismantling this country’s atrocious prison system.

She was part of the ongoing 10/2 anti-Jim Crow jury scheme campaign, helping to bring an historic civil rights complaint to the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Congress against the state of Louisiana continuing violation of human rights and civil rights.

As we continue the work she powerfully championed, we honor her legacy with this incredible portrait, painted by currently incarcerated comrade King. This piece is titled “Changeseekers,” and features the freedom fighters Robert King, Rebecca, Albert Woodfox, and C-Note.

Our comrades behind the walls are selling print posters of this magnificent artwork $25 per 12” x 18.” All proceeds go to the Campaign to End 10/2. Cash App $NoMoJimCrow. To purchase place shipping address in the cash app description.
