MODOC Pathways to Change
Prisoner James Kohrs at Missouri's Booneville Correctional Center explains that the federal government gives the State of Missouri funding to put prisoners through a program called Pathways to Change. He and several of his fellow prisoners express concerns that the State of Missouri is not using these funds according to the guidelines outlined in the program. In addition, he discusses EPA violations, toxic drinking water, cancer rates, retaliation against whistle blowers, and more.
