The Oshkosh Correctional institution put more Telephones in the Institution, But they still suck they cut your phone calls short,busy signal, statiky or tell you to polease stand by for several hours of the day it has even said that the phone system is off while they are supose to be on & its dayroom time for the inmates. these telephones need to be updated & fixed A.S.A.P.
